MID-ATLANTIC OPHTHALMOLOGY

Our physicians are trained to treat and diagnose all eye conditions, such as cataract, retinal diseases, and glaucoma. Intraocular lens options, including Crystalens and Restor are available for our cataract patients. We offer laser cataract surgery and toric intraocular lenses for patients with significant astigmatism. Dr. Friedberg employs the latest treatments for macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal diseases. We provide our surgical patients with a state of the art surgical center as an alternative to hospital surgery. Our Optometrists provide general services including routine eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.

MID-ATLANTIC EYE CENTER

Mid-Atlantic Eye Center was the first ambulatory surgical center devoted to eye care in Monmouth County. The Center, certified by Medicare, contains the most advanced micro-surgical instrumentation available to provide efficient and highly sophisticated eye care. Our equipment insures the safety and well-being of the patient at all times. We offer outpatient ophthalmic surgery. Our surgical facility is located on the second floor of the building.
